Apoel  beat Kosovan side Gjilani 2-0 in Pristina to progress to the third qualifying round of the Europa League with goals  from Efrem and Ndogala

Apollon are also through to the second round of Europa League League qualifying after a big 5-1 win over Georgian side Saburtalo Tbilisi in Nicosia.

Apollon scored as early as the fourth minute. Through Diguiny then Saburtalo equalised. Apollon regained the lead in the 32nd minute through Dabo.Then Diguiny scored a second goal to give Apollon a 3-1 lead. but Saburtalo made it 3-2 in the 70th minute. Minutes later Dabo scored a hat trick and fourth goal for Apollon.

Apollon made it five with three minutes to go.

The next round of the Europa League will be drawn on Monday.
