As of May 25, the mandatory quarantine measure for travellers arriving to Cyprus is lifted and self isolation is advised instead.

In a press release, on Saturday, the Transport Ministry says that all those passengers staying at hotels after their arrival will be transferred to their homes and will be urged to self isolate for the remaining period, depending on what measures apply for the country they have arrived from.

The Ministry says that these people will have to be picked up by their families or they have to make other arrangements themselves.

In case this is not possible, the Ministry will organise for buses to pick them up and take them to a central bus station.
