Unfortunately, the issue concerning rents is still pending. This is a very important matter, which affects hundreds of thousands of our compatriots, either as owners or as tenants. We address for the umpteenth time an appeal to the government to deal with the whole issue in a very serious and specific way.

We insist that the solution to the problem can be found by a portion of the rent to be paid being done jointly. One part will have to be paid by the tenant, one part must be paid by the owner and we should also take into account what percentage the state could undertake so that this very important issue which affects hundreds of thousands of families and thousands of small and medium enterprises is resolved.

Our appeal to the government is to take this issue seriously and propose solutions.
