As you know, we now face many challenges because of the complex issues surrounding the Coronavirus. Many of our co-citizens find themselves in unfortunate circumstances and heartbreaking predicaments resulting from this pandemic. In response to this cry and plea. The Archdiocese wishes to offer Her love through the following means:
Although the Churches remain closed for public worship, the services are available through various media. Please contact your local parish for additional information, as how to access the services.
Those in need of psychological support and assistance in this most difficult time for all, are encouraged to contact his or her respective parish priest. Certified counsellors have graciously offered their time and assistance for members of our community needing this support. Information has been made available to the clergy.
There are members of the community who are facing serious financial issues, including many students who cannot travel home. For this reason, the Archdiocese is accepting monetary support and non-perishable food items to assist those in need, so they may celebrate Pascha. We will prepare “boxes” and make them available to those who so desire. Anyone wishing to donate should send the support directly to the appropriate Archdiocesan Account:
