AEK U11 v Go Stars.

With both teams respectfully observing a minutes silence for Remembrance Sunday before KO, two good footballing sides played out an entertaining match.

Go Stars made their physicality count and took the lead before Kyri levelled things up with a great strike into the top corner. The second half saw Go Stars regain their lead against the run of play. AEK battled well and hit the post and the crossbar before Go Stars countered to extend their lead.

(5) AEK Started off brightly and were unlucky to be 1-0 down at half time against AC Finchley North Unfortunately the 2nd half were individual mistakes resulted in us losing 5-1. Goalscorer: Jagdish

Borehamwood (3)
AEK played against a strong Borehamwood Youth side in the Challenge Cup. Even first half saw AEK concede in final few minutes. Early in the second half we found ourselves 2-0 down but every player showed exceptional determination to pull the score back to 2-2 and take it to extra time. Both teams had chances to win it but Borehamwood came out winners at 3-2. Exactly what cup ties are all about.
