Our four founding partners George, Aaron, Yianni and Nikhil came together with a unified mission in 2016, to build the number one estate agent in the area. Fun fact, none of us are called David! The name David was inspired by a mutual mentor of our founding partners. A respected figure in the field, he helped and supported each of us from the start of our careers in the property industry. His work ethic and knowledge continue to influence us today.
‘Astburys’ was inspired by the diaries of William Copeland Astbury who described the history of Crouch End and surrounding areas in the famous ‘Clock Tower Diaries’.
We have been in our flagship Crouch End office for 2 years now and have successfully scaled the business from 4, to a team of 13, which will continue to grow over the next year. We wouldn’t be where we are today without the loyalty of our clients and the support of the community at large, for which we are always grateful.

Yianni has over 12 years’ experience in the Lettings field. He is focused and dedicated to bringing the best possible service to customers.

He leads and implements all training initiatives for the negotiators and keeps them motivated and focused.
Yianni is also great in front of the camera and leads all the Marketing and Social Media for the business.
