The World Cup quarter-finalists took the lead through Denis Cheryshev before Magomed Ozdoyev doubled the lead.
Cypriot Konstantinos Laifis who plays for Standard Liege was dismissed for a late tackle soon after, before second-half goals from Artem Dzyuba, Aleksandr Golovin and Cheryshev’s second.
Belgium and Italy have also qualified for next summer’s tournament.
