Cyprus National rugby team began their new season 2019/20 in the European Conference League one South fixture at home to Croatia in front of their home Cypriot fans at the Stelios Kyriakides stadium in Paphos on Saturday 19th October 2019 and they put up a brave fight but lost in a close match 20-25.
Their group includes Malta, Slovenia, Croatia and Israel and their next game will be an away game against Malta on November the 23rd 2019.
Two other games that have already been played in their group were Slovenia drew with Israel 28-28 and Croatia beating Israel 39-10.
