Police were called at 07:37hrs on Wednesday, 2 October to reports of an altercation on Lawn  Close, Enfield.
Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service and found a man, believed to be in his 40s, suffering a stab injury.
He was taken to hospital where his injuries were declared non life-threatening.
One man was arrested at the scene and taken into police custody.
