Alex Michael wins Under 18s Middlesex County tournament at Bishopshalt in Uxbridge beating the No1 seed in the semi final and dropping just one game in the match final.
This was an LTA linked tournament which means Alex will automatically qualify for the main draw of U18 grade 3 South East regional tournament held at Sutton Tennis academy in Surrey this October. Here Alex 14 will compete against some of the UKs top under 18 players for the trophy.
Alex continues a fine run of form from July 2019 wining 22 matches and losing just 4 times, winning 3 tournaments 1 runner up and 2 semi finals.
14 year old Alex Michael from Enfield has been playing tennis since the age of
five Alex has been training at WIMX academy from the age of eight trained by Andrew Foster ex professional UK tennis singles,doubles and Davis Cup star.
His paternal grandparents are from Vasili,Leonarisso and Yialoussa and his maternal grandparents from Famagusta.
