From next season 2019/20 New Salamis and St Panteleimon will be playing in the same league and division One of the Spartan South Midlands Football League.

The Spartan South Midlands Football League is an English football league covering Hertfordshire, Middlesex, central Buckinghamshire and southern Bedfordshire. It is a feeder to the Southern Football League or the Isthmian (Bostik) League, and consists of three divisions – three for first teams (Premier Division, Division One and Division Two).

The Premier Division is at step 5 of the National League System, divisions One and Two at step 6 of the National League System respectively.

New Salamis finished runners up in the Herts Senior County League Premier Division and St Panteleimon Champions of the Mioddlesex Senior County League Premier Division.

The Teams that will join them in the League are . Amersham Town, Ampthill Town, Bedford, Brimsdown, Buckingham Athletic, Enfield Borough, FC Broxbourne Borough, Hillingdon Borough, Langford, London Tigers, London Lions, Milton Keynes Robins, New Salamis, Park View, Rayners Lane, Shefford Town & Campdon, St Panteleimon, Stotfold, Winslow and Wodson Park.

Four teams will be promoted to the next level.
