Cyprus won the gold medal in women’s beach volley in the Montenegro Games of Small States of Europe. The team had managed to clinch the gold medal on Thursday and won it officially on Friday in a game against Malta.

The men’s beach volley team won the silver medal, in the final against Luxembourg.

Meanwhile, in shooting, Cypriot athletes Andreas Charalambous in the men’s air rifle and Marilena Constantinou in the women’s air rifle also won silver medals.

So far, Cyprus has won a total of 56 medals in the Games, specifically 15 gold, 25 silver and 16 bronze.
