Match Day 35 Result : New Salamis 7 – 2 Bedmond Sports Saturday 20th April 2019 The reds were at home again and this week entertained Bedmond Sports. Salamina started like a steam train and pinned Bedmond in the penalty area but could not find a breakthrough.
The Deniz Mehmet weaved a piece of magic dancing into the area and putting the Reds 1-0 up after 15 minutes.
Salamina piled on the pressure however Bedmond were to draw level, when the Reds were caught on the break and from total dominance it was 1-1 after 21 minutes. Salmina didn’t learn and we were caught out again another long clearance the forward chased down, and we were 2-1 down after 31 minutes and at half time. Salamina started the second half like a train again, Harrison equalising in the 49th minute for 2-2, then 5 minutes later scoring again to make it 3-2.
Deniz Mehmet then made it 4-2 with a low drive. Tyler Campbell kept up his goalscoring form making it 5-2 in the 80th minute, before Charlie Georgiou made it 6-2 in the 82nd.
