Police are appealing for help to trace missing woman.

Officers are increasingly concerned for the welfare of Sophie Chapman, 31, who has not been in touch with family or friends since leaving University College Hospital at 04:00hrs on Sunday, 6 January.

Sophie is white of medium build with black, shoulder length straight hair.

She was last seen wearing a black silky bomber style jacket with teddy bear print lining, blue leggings with a beige snake pattern print and grey trainers.
