It took just over half an hour for Borough to open the scoring, Ralston Gabriel firing past Patrick Ohman from the edge of the six yard box- and the striker had his second of the night two minutes later, sending the yellows into the break with a comfortable lead.

When Mark Kirby was first to get his head to a corner just after the hour victory was surely complete, and although Ola Sogbanmu gave the Robins hope with twenty minutes to go, forcing the ball home after Borough keeper Valery Pajetet couldn’t hold a corner, it wasn’t enough- and Borough now hold the highest league position in their history.
