Challenge Cup First Round

Armenian Youth 0 Panathinaikos 4

The pundits had this down as a close game but Pao had other ideas.

From the kick off Pao were testing the Armenian keeper who was on top form pulling off some outstanding saves. Armenian nearly took the lead breaking through only for their striker to send ot over the bar. Soon after Dylan latched on to a bouncing ball just inside the Armenian box with a wonderfull half volley putting it into the corner. 0-1 Pao

Lots more chances came and went for Pao but couldnt extend their lead until Nicholas broke down the right and crossed a perfect ball in for Dylan to tap in his and Paos second 0-2.

Second half Pao were the better team and didnt look troubled by the Armenians but as the game went on and the score remained at 0-2 Pao were getting anxious, they needed to put this game beyond Aremenian and of course who else but the Birthday boy Dylan popped up with a magical outside of the box sbot from the left curling It in to the top right hand corner making it 3-0.

That took the game away from Armenian FC and with only 10 minutes to play Ricky Sarno made it 4.
