A serving Metropolitan Police officer has been dismissed without notice following a gross misconduct hearing.
Police Sergeant Kyle Blood, attached to Enfield Borough, was found to have breached the standards of professional behaviour in respect of discreditable conduct following the conclusion of the hearing on Wednesday, 7 November.

On 17 June 2016, whilst travelling on a train, PS Blood committed a sex act on a female in view of members of the public.

The independent chair of the hearing considered all of the evidence and found the allegations proven. PS Blood was dismissed without notice.

This officer will now be placed on a ‘barred list’ preventing future employment within law enforcement and associated law enforcement organisations or governing bodies.
