New Salamis 8 – 2 Totternhoe FC – Anagram Trophy Round One
New Salamis welcomed Totternhoe FC from The Spartan South Midlands League to the Queen Elizabeth II Stadium in the Anagram Trophy First Round. New Salamis FC played some impeccable football today, and but for a great Goalkeeping performance and a number of missed chances this score could have been in double figures.

Richard Georgiou got his customary goals with four today, and for the second consecutive week a hat-trick of penalties. Skipper Ryan Hervel notched his first goals of the season one a lovely diving header, and the other two scorers today were Harrison Georgiou and Sean Bonnet-Johnson.

What was also pleasing to see was the great support Salamina had. It seems more and more people are coming out to watch each week as they ply their trade in Saturday Football.

New Salamis will face Bedmond Sports in Round Two again at home on Saturday November the 10th.
