Police in Barnet were appealing for help to identify a man who was found collapsed in Regents Park Road, N3 on Friday, 6 July.

Officers were called at around 11:05hrs by the London Ambulance Service after the man was discovered unconscious; he is believed to have fallen over and hit his head.

He did not have any form of identification on him and officers were unable to identify him.

As a result of the appeal, the man has now been identified as a 32-year-old man, originally from Poland.

His next of kin have been informed.

He remains in hospital in serious but stable condition.
