Detectives investigating the murder of 35-year-old Edmond Jonuzi (also known as Edmond Preci) have made a further arrest.

[D] A 20-year-old man was arrested at an address in north London on Monday, 9 July on suspicion of manslaughter and violent disorder. He remains in custody at a north London police station.

An investigation was launched after police were called to Green Lanes, N15 at 21:47hrs on Saturday, 9 June to reports of a seriously injured man near to Turnpike Lane station.

Officers and London Ambulance Service attended the location. A 35-year-old man was found suffering stab injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The deceased has been identified as Edmond Jonuzi, 35, (6.10.82) an Albanian national who may have lived locally.

Next of kin have been informed.

A post mortem examination has taken place and gave cause of death as a stab wound.

The murder is being investigated by detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command (HMCC), led by Detective Inspector Garry Moncrieff.
