This Saturday, The Hive Foundation will be hosting their annual Community Day here at The Hive.

It will be a day filled with lots of football-themed fun, with the centrepiece being Barnet FC’s friendly against Fulham Under 23’s.

The match, which kicks off at 3pm, will be our third match of pre-season and will cost £10 for Adults, £5 for Concessions and £1 for Under 17’s.

Festivities begin at 10am, with boys and girls youth football tournaments getting underway on our grass pitches.

They will be running a free SSE Wildcats session for girls aged 5-11 who are just starting out in the beautiful game!

On our astro-turf pitches will be a Walking Football tournament with teams from around the capital facing off.

There will also be inflatables, a DJ, soft play area, green screen photography zone and face painting running throughout the course of the day, as well as Candyfloss and Popcorn stands. Also, The Hive Gym will have a fitness test area so you can see if you’ve got what it takes to be a professional athlete!

There will be a kids raffle with prizes including Holiday Camp and Saturday Soccer School places.

You’ll also be able to get behind Dan Senda’s Barnet FC Under 18 side who will be playing Yeovil Town at midday on the pitch behind Stand 66.

Barnet’s first-team squad will be out mingling with the fans and our local community from 12:30 giving you the opportunity to get autographs and selfies.

The Hive Bar will be open, serving their full menu. The Hive Café will also be serving their full range of hot & cold Starbucks drinks.
