The offender is described as a white boy, aged between 14 and 15 years old with blond hair.
He was wearing a grey tracksuit.

Officers investigating an assault in Cheshunt are appealing for information and witnesses.
At around 8.30am on Friday, May 11, the victim – a 14 year old girl – was walking along Penton Drive when a boy bumped into her. She asked him to mind his step. The boy then punched her causing swelling to her forehead.
