After the announcement of Arsene Wenger to leave Arsenal at the end of the season. Our Michael Yiakoumi wanted to say a few words. “It was a great privilege to have had Arsene Wenger as a manager at Arsenal as most Cypriot Arsenal fans would agree. Wenger’s vision took Arsenal into a new super stadium self funded and continued to win trophies and for 20 years on the trot of UEFA Champions League football.

What was pleasing for me was his last Christmas gift that I gave to him which was a bottle of Commandaria to hopefully remind him of Cyprus and the thousands of Cypriot followers that Arsenal have.

Arsene Wenger has left a legacy which im sure most Cypriot Arsenal fans would agree.
