Cypriot Defence Minister Savvas Angelides held, on Monday, a meeting with the UK High Commissioner Matthew Kidd, at the Ministry, discussing the post Brexit era and regional relations.

According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Defence, Angelides exchanged views with the British High Commissioner on the role of the UK in the European Defense and Security of Europe after the Brexit era.

The minister also outlined the role of Cyprus in the region and his willingness to continue and enhance bilateral and trilateral cooperation with countries in the region.
