LONDON (Alliance News) – Bank of Cyprus Holdings PLC said Tuesday that it has appointed Pola Hadjisoteriou and Maria Philippou to boards of the company and its unit Bank of Cyprus Public Co Ltd.

Hadjisoteriou, a chartered accountant, is currently an advisor to the Latsis Group of Cos in the UK. Philippou is global Talent & Development director at Coca Cola Co.

Shares in the company were unchanged at EUR2.38 on Tuesday.
