Cypriot airline Cobalt Air is to launch a new service linking London Gatwick directly with Larnaca.
A new six days per week service will operate this winter. In December Cobalt will launch a new business class service on the Gatwick route.
Andrew Madar, Cobalt Air chief executive, said: “Cobalt has quickly become the preferred airline of the Cypriot people; and we can’t wait to show you our great welcome and on-board service as you start your holiday or business trip from London to Cyprus.”
Stephen King, head or airline relations at Gatwick Airport, added: “The regular six day a week service is likely to be popular with both holiday travellers and those flying on business, particularly as the airline offers some impressive airfares and an attractive business class service.”
