Cyprus’ Men National Team in Beach Handball has secured the 1st place in an international Tournament held in WeiHai, China.

According to an announcement, Cyprus beat Hungary with 2-1 set in the final game of the tournament and secured the gold medal.

At the Group stage, Cyprus achieved five victories and in the knock-out phase beat Vietnam with 2-0 set. At the final of the tournament Cyprus beat Hungary with 2-1 at the penalty shoot- out.
