Joanna is 23 years old, a thoughtful and generous individual who would go out of her way to help others.

She is a school teacher whom in her spare time and whilst she was studying she was helping me at the shop. She became so good at it, within a year and at the age of 19, she was making icing cakes. This trade takes years to master.

Her story behind the run is she wanted to do it for her pappou  who passed away 2 years ago through cancer amongst other illnesses.

Joanna is the daughter of Andy Georgiou director of Wilton Patisserie in Southgate who paid tribute to her achievement even more so that she is an asthma sufferer.
