Apollon Limassol and APOEL all but booked their place in the final of the Cyprus Coca-Cola Cup next month after clinching vital wins over Anorthosis Famagusta and Doxa respectively.

Apollon took an early lead in the 13th minute with a goal from Anton Maglica and by half time were leading 3-0 with goals from Adrian Sardinero in the 35th minute and Paulo Vinicius in the 37th.

 

The second half saw Apollon extend her lead by another three goals – a penalty by Fotis Papoulis in the 54th and a goal in the 88th while Arkadiusz Piech sealed the final 6-0 one minute into extra play.

 

APOEL took the lead at halftime with a goal by David Barral in the 45th while Inaki Astiz in the 62nd settled the final score at 2-0.

The second leg of the Cyprus Coca-Cola Cup semi-finals will be played on Thursday, May 3.
