Police in Haringey Borough are appealing for the public’s help in finding an elderly woman missing from Tottenham.

 

Betty Savill, 87, is understood to have last been seen just before 1030hrs on Monday, 23 April at Asda in High Road, N17.

 

This was a usual trip for Mrs Savill to make but she did not return home and missed a medical appointment which is out of character.

 

Officers and her family are concerned for her safety and wellbeing.

 

Mrs Savill is described as white; around 5ft 2ins tall with a slim build and short grey hair and was last seen wearing a brown/beige coat with a scarf. She also uses a walking stick and had a shopping trolley bag with her.

 

It is understood Mrs Savill does not usually leave her local area and did not her her Freedom travel pass with her.

 

Anyone who has seen Mrs Savill, or who knows of her whereabouts, is urged to contact police in Haringey via 101, or by tweeting @MetCC.
