Police are appealing to members of the public to help trace a man who is wanted.

Martin Folan, who is 38, and from High Street, Potters Bar, is wanted for failing to appear at court in connection with theft from a motor vehicle in Byng Drive, Potters Bar on Sunday, September 18 last year (2016) and fraud.

Anyone who has seen Martin or who knows of his whereabouts should contact the Herts Police non-emergency number 101.
