Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision in Camden.

Officers were called at 16:18hrs on Tuesday, 29 November by the London Ambulance Service to reports of a female pedestrian in collision with a coach on Midland Road in Camden.

London’s Air Ambulance attended and the woman, aged 58, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Next of kin have been informed and formal identification has taken place.

The deceased is Christine Linda Luscombe, 58 (18.11.58) from Upper Holloway.

A post-mortem examination is scheduled to take place at St Pancras Mortuary on Friday, 2 December.

The driver of the coach stopped at the scene.

There have been no arrests.

Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are investigating and ask anyone who was in the area and witnessed the collision, or the events leading up to the collision, to contact them on 020 8991 9555.
