Myddleton Road in Wood Green has been shortlisted for the Great British high street competition and the judges were there as seen in the photos on Friday but it still depends on you the public to vote

Winners in each category will share a prize pot worth £100,000 and receive social media training from Google and Twitter.

An expert judging panel will also visit Waterloo to cast a critical eye over Lower Marsh and The Cut.
Over the last five years, Myddleton Road has been turned around by the local community and local businesses working together to make Myddleton Road a destination. Crime is down, visitor numbers have increased and new award-winning restaurants and shops are opening.
