Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers tackled a fire at a house converted into flats on Highgate West Hill in Highgate.

Part of a ground floor flat was damaged by fire. There are no reports of any injuries.

The Brigade was called at 1051 and the fire was under control by 1255. Fire crews from Kentish Town, Holloway and Hornsey fire stations were at the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
