Residents and businesses are invited to join a fun-packed festive celebration on Saturday 3 December at the annual Tottenham Winter Festival.
Taking place on Tottenham Green from 12pm-6pm, there will be music and live performances, kids’ activities, as well as stalls selling food, drink, and festive gifts. There will also be the switching on of the Christmas Tree lights at 5pm – featuring a special guest!
Saturday 3 December is also Small Business Saturday and Haringey will be getting behind local traders on the day by offering free parking in council-run town centre car parks and pay and display bays. The day will also see the official opening of the Holcombe Road market in Bruce Grove at 10.30am, including a live band and traders handing out free samples to customers.
Highlights of the Winter Festival include:
- Tottenham Green Christmas Market
- Pop-up gift shops
- Face painting and Kids Zone
- New cherry tree planting on the Green
- Performances from the Musical Theatre Academy, BeauBowBelles, General Skank and Pan Nation
- The Holy Trinity Tottenham choir.
Cllr Alan Strickland, Haringey Council Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Housing, said:
“Tottenham Winter Festival is a great way to get into the festive spirit and browse for gifts for family and friends over some mulled wine and a mince pie. On Small Business Saturday, what better way to show support for the Tottenham community than by buying local?”

The Tottenham Winter Festival is sponsored by Veolia and supported by The Tottenham Green Market, Tottenham Traders Partnership and Tottenham Hotspur FC.
