14 firefighters and officers attended a fire at a flat in a converted house on Grove Park Road in Tottenham this morning.
Sadly, a man was found on the ground floor and confirmed dead at the scene.
Around a quarter of the first floor flat was damaged by the fire.
2 fire engines from Tottenham fire station attended the incident.
The Brigade was called at 0833 and the fire was under control by 0928.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
