Over 350 people have been evacuated due to a gas leak from a construction site on Wollstonecraft Street in Kings Cross.
Around 170 children from a neighbouring school and 200 construction workers have been evacuated. Firefighters are liaising with National Grid colleagues who are trying to fix the leak.
The Brigade was called at 1325. Fire crews from Islington are at the scene.
