Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to a fire in Silvermere Drive, Edmonton this morning.

Approximately 200 tonnes of rubbish was damaged in the blaze.

The Brigade was called at 0027 and the fire was under control at 0226. Fire crews from Edmonton, Chingford and Walthamstow fire stations attended the scene.
