At a meeting on Friday August the 14th the AEK Larnaca FC Chairman Andreas Karapatakis announced that his club  will be moving into a new stadium, building will start this year August the 24th and hope to have the stadium completed in nine months.

Andreas Karapatakis said  “The initial cost of the stadium will be €5.5million but increasing to  €8.5million and its crowd capacity will be 5,600 increasing to 8,000 most of the money will be provided by the AEK FC Larnaca shareholders of the club.
